hello there, because i am only thirteen i apologys for the terrible spelling and grammar

How much fluid is allowed to exit the brain surgically(the brain is swollen greatly)without causing any harm but allow the patient( of adolesent age, 14)to regain conciseness from a come? And if there is but does not cause any change in the patients conciseness is there an alternative. such alternative could be acess able by injection? when dealing with vehical realated accidents is it common to have blood in the vomit? if so is this caused by internal bleeding? how exactly is this caused? could perhaps a fractured or broken rib caused this infliction? what my true consern is the brain. how much damage would the swelling cause? besides being unable to regain conciseness would the excessive amount put a great strain or presure on the brain. if so to what extent?

all i want are answers. if you do have access to any information that please do not hesitate to inform me to were i may optain it. my friend died two years back because of this. i do not want your pity but your knolage of what could have been done. please inform me of any thing that you may think i would like to know.
